First, you need to provide us 3D picture with entity diagram. All the 3D picture cannotconvert to STL form are not entity diagram.
Second, change the 3D picture to the picture of the suffix STL(such as “name.stl”) Pay attention: Should change the chord height and angle control of the export STL dialog deviation control options to 0.0000 during conversion, and then click apply options, the system will accept the best parameters automatically. At last,click OK.

SLA prototyping processing principle

SLA is the abbreviation of stereolithography. In popular, that is programming the processing according the shape of the prototype, and then guide the laser along the procedure specified path to scan the photosensitive resin layer by layer .The photosensitive resin are solidified into the solid irradiated by laser, then can process the prototype same as 3D picture. The best characteristic is that there is no limit for the shape and structure of the prototype which need to be processed, even cannot out of the mold products also can be processed out.

Processing Case Study

The structure of the above SLA1 and SLA2 are both fit for adopting SLA processing to make, whereas, it cannot be processed if adopt CNC prototype process method to make.Only can be finished by adopting split process. So the process accuracy will be greatlyreduced. If adoptSLS prototype, the cost will much higher than SLA.
